The Freedom Regional Library and the Matthews Library are two examples of PLCMC branches that have utilized a blog for purposes of internal communication. Both blogs are often used to celebrate staff accomplishments. A blog can easily be created using a Blogger account or other free online publishing tool. Photos and written posts serve to 'show off' large and small staff accomplishments. Staff interviews posted on a blog can also be used to publicize staff member's involvement in various projects.

I will change pages that refer to specific branches at final editing if needed. I did them as an example to look at how that 'might' be a way to make the wiki more useful to those who want to use it to better understand best practices. ~mt
